What is this pillow designed for?
It’s a contoured cervical pillow made to support your neck curve and help keep your head/neck aligned while you sleep.
What are the dimensions?
Approx. 63cm x 30cm (24.8in x 11.8in) with a height around 12cm (4.7in) on the higher contour.
What sleep positions does it work for?
Works best for back and side sleeping. It can work for stomach sleepers too, but stomach sleeping isn’t ideal for neck alignment.
What is it made from?
It uses slow-rebound “memory cotton” foam (memory foam style support) with a breathable fabric cover.
Is it firm or soft?
It’s supportive with a slow rebound feel. It won’t feel like a fluffy hotel pillow—it’s meant to hold shape and support your neck.
Will it flatten over time?
Like any foam pillow, it can soften with use, but it’s designed to keep its supportive shape longer than regular fill pillows.
Is it good for hot sleepers?
The cover is designed to be breathable, which helps with airflow. If you run very hot, use a light pillowcase and breathable sheets.
How long does it take to get used to a cervical pillow?
Usually 3–14 nights. If it feels different at first, start with a few hours per night and build up.
Can I wash it?
Yes—the pillowcase/cover is removable and machine washable. The foam core should not be machine washed (spot clean only).
How do I wash the cover?
Zip it off, wash cold on gentle, and air dry (or low heat if your care label allows it).
Can I put it in the dryer / sun?
Avoid high heat on the foam. Don’t leave the foam in direct sunlight for long periods.
